Exercise that gets you into the great outdoors

If you are looking to get more into shape, there are many ways to do it that don’t involve getting bored at the gym. Not that there’s anything wrong with gyms but they aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. Cycling is an exhilarating way to exercise and will also get you out in some stunning areas if you choose to follow trails. Even a quick circular route around your neighbourhood is a great way to ease yourself into getting some more exercise.
