5 Facts about the different types of anger
Getting angry is natural in the human being. Many of us suffer different types of anger, especially when we get the rule (damn hormones) or when we feel frustrated by something. In my case, I hate to be wrong. Making big mistakes awakens inside me the bug of anger. Fortunately, my moments of anger last only a few minutes.
But beyond what we all know about anger and anger, there are other really amazing facts that, at least I did not have present.

 1. There is explosive anger
This type of episodes of anger is observed in individuals who have a serious traumatic brain injury. It occurs especially in those who have damage to the frontal lobe due to external factors (accidents or blows) or internal (a tumor or a stroke).

2. What is homicidal anger?
According to the dictionary, a homicidal person is “who is capable of killing another human being”. This type of anger is characterized by being accompanied by intense fury as well as thoughts and intentions to commit acts of violence.
The alarming thing is that all the different types of anger can advance to this level if they are not controlled properly because the mind becomes cloudy and the person is not able to think clearly.
3. Psychotic anger
This term is used to describe those people who are aggressive, are angry with all their peers and are totally out of control. It is very similar to homicidal anger, but also has a psychotic mental state that causes the person to lose contact with reality and also experience visual and/or auditory hallucinations.
4. Â Anger for rejection and abandonment
People who have personality disorders and also those who are stalkers perceive rejection as a threat to their self-esteem. This provokes an intense anger, especially when they feel that they are not valued properly, and leads them to want to consummate their revenge in an implacable way.
5. Other types of anger
There are other types of anger that are not as extreme as the ones mentioned above, but which must also be controlled before they produce more serious consequences. One of them is office anger, for which the individual has aggressive behaviors with their co-workers.
We can also mention the anger of the road. This is some way or another we all suffer especially when the transit is very dense. Beware, it can because of very serious accidents!
Also, it is important to mention the anger of the school currently known as “bullying”, which usually occurs in a group of peers who harass another weaker and helpless.
How to avoid this feeling of anger?
The solution is to be aware of when the anger takes hold of us and do everything possible to control it. It helps to stop, breathe deeply and count to 10. It is also good to relax practicing meditation or drinking herbal infusions such as linden, chamomile, and valerian.
